Return policy

Return policy without "ifs or buts"!

If the item is not a custom-made product, special order or large order, you may return it within 5 days of receipt without giving a reason.

The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the goods using the original payment method. Used, damaged or incomplete returned items may not be refunded or may only be partially refunded.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. If the item is damaged or defective, we will of course cover the transport costs. Please contact customer service before returning the item; we will arrange everything else.

• custom-made products
• special orders
• large orders
• used, damaged or incomplete returned items unless there is a defect
