These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the Fleury-Art GmbH online shop with a delivery address in Switzerland.

2. Offer and order
Our offers are aimed at customers in Switzerland. Prices and product ranges may change. An order is considered an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we ship the ordered items or confirm shipment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs including statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. The payment methods displayed at checkout apply. For purchase on invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days without deduction.
4. Delivery
We usually deliver free of charge with DHL within Switzerland. Delivery dates are indicative. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, refusal of acceptance or a missed second delivery, additional costs may be charged.
5. Transport damage
Visible transport damage must be reported immediately on receipt and noted with the carrier. Hidden damage must be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos.
6. Returns and refunds
The return policy, refunds and exclusions are set out on the Return policy page. Custom-made products, special orders and large orders are excluded in particular.
7. Liability
Fleury-Art is liable under Swiss law. For delivered artworks or customer property, we are liable only to the extent required by law; valuable works must be declared in advance.

9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
